It took 3 days to dismantle this white oak. Always sad to see a specimen like this go after the privilege of caring for it for years. For safety’s sake, it was time. A difficult decision for the homeowner, a diligent steward of this tree. May its seedlings live for hundreds of years as well 🥂 🌳 ☀️
