:ATTENTION:
In a few hours, temperatures are going to drastically drop. Those of you who have heat pumps may not have the best heating over the next couple days.
Example: if your system is set to 72 and it’s 66 in the house at 7am tomorrow and your unit was doing fine last week, even today, chances are the system is doing all it can. Do not be alarmed. If you experience ice build up, cut your thermostat to emergency heat and wait it out until temps get back to normal. If ANYONE has any questions, concerns, or issues you may reach out.
