Meet some of the women behind Legacy’s Maintenance Team! Claire, Savannah, and Jolene’s attention to detail is second to none and they truly strive to bring a smile to any client’s face when maintaining their outdoor spaces. They bring a combined 12 years of experience in the lawn and landscape industry to our company and they are up for working on any job with a great attitude, big or small. These three are such a key part of a positive company culture at Legacy!
When we asked them, ‘What does ‘elevate the standard’ mean to you?’ here is how they answered..
Claire: “I want to rebrand this industry by being people who enjoy their work, give their all, and truly care about the people behind the work.”
Savannah: “It means to go above and beyond the client’s expectations. Not only in our work but also our interpersonal interactions. I want the client to walk away and think, ‘Wow, they are very pleasant to work with’.”
Jolene: It’s not about just doing a good job and calling that enough. It’s about going above and beyond for every single one of our clients!”
