🚧 FIRST POUR DOWN! 💪🏼

We officially knocked out the first concrete pour on our wash bay project!

We started with the ramp, which will serve as the foundation for the walls we’ll be building off the top of it.

And let me tell you, this ramp is a BEAST! 🔥

✅ 12-inch-thick concrete slab
✅ Double mat of #5 rebar
✅ Rebar spaced 6 inches on center
✅ PVC water stops

And before the Facebook concrete inspectors get started in the comments… 😂 YES, the rough finish is intentional! This ramp is designed to have an aggressive, textured finish, similar to a boat ramp, to provide extra traction in wet conditions. Pretty concrete isn’t always functional concrete!

One pour down, and we’re just getting started! Stay tuned because we’ll be posting the second pour very soon!
