🎥 Take a Walk Through This Bathroom Transformation with Jil! 🎥

Yesterday we shared photos of this small but mighty bathroom remodel. Today, Jil is taking you inside the design to show how all the details came together to create a space that is both beautiful and functional.

One of our favorite things about remodeling is finding creative ways to add character and personality while honoring the home's existing architecture, and this project is a perfect example of that philosophy.

✨ Small Space. Big Impact. ✨

This bathroom may be compact, but it’s packed with custom details and timeless style!

For this transformation, the JYD team:
✔️ Designed and built a custom mirror to replicate the existing trim details found throughout the home
✔️ Updated the lighting for a brighter, more inviting feel
✔️ Installed a new faucet and fixtures
✔️ Added a beautiful Board & Batten architectural feature wall complete with a functional shelf
✔️ Painted the walls in Sherwin-Williams "Evening Shadow" for a sophisticated touch
✔️ Installed classic black-and-white hex penny tile flooring for character and charm

The result is a fresh, stylish bathroom that feels larger, brighter, and perfectly in tune with the home's existing design.

Today we celebrate the Stars and Stripes, a symbol of our nation's history, freedom, and resilience.

As you display your flag proudly at home, here are a few quick reminders from the U.S. Flag Code:
⭐ Display the flag from sunrise to sunset
⭐ Keep the blue field of stars at the top and to the flag's right
⭐ Never allow the flag to touch the ground
⭐ Replace or respectfully retire worn or damaged flags

There's no better finishing touch to a welcoming front porch than a proudly displayed American flag.
