Just completed this basement re-finish. We had to sand down the rough texture down and completely skim coat all of the walls. Then we sprayed new knockdown texture and painted throughout. Installed all new doors. Built two walk-in closets, and under-stair storage. Once carpet gets installed, we will be back to do trim and baseboards.
