Construction Safety Week is a reminder of what matters most: our people.

Safety is not just a priority, it is how we operate every day. Our SEE. STOP. DO. commitment empowers every team member to stay aware, speak up, and take action to protect themselves and those around them.

Our team at the Ralston Quarry, representing both our aggregates and HMA operations, continue to keep safety front and center because at the end of the day, the goal is simple. Everyone goes home safe.

We had a great time today at our APC Construction Kickoff! Our focus was on safety, with conversations around work zones, incident reporting, environmental responsibility, and risk assessment. We also covered IT and communication updates, important HR reminders, and made sure everyone walked away with some swag.

A lot of effort went on behind the scenes to make this happen, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who helped bring it together. We have a great team and are looking forward to another great year!

Learning from each other is one of the best ways to grow. 📈🦺

Our recently conducted Aggregate Academy training brought together 40 team members from APC, Four Corners Materials , and United Companies (East & West). Over two days, participants covered topics like safety, environmental training, quality control, plant maintenance, crushing & screening, plant optimization, and more.

A quote overheard from the training summed it up well: “We have chosen this for our career, we might as well become the best at it.”
