At Duke’s Landscape Company, the Golden Shovel is one of the ways we recognize the people who go above and beyond—not just once, but day after day. It’s our way of saying we see you, we appreciate you, and the work you do matters. It’s an honor to earn, and in June, we had TWO very deserving winners. Even more impressive? Both of these guys have earned the Golden Shovel before. 👏
Memo is someone we can always count on to step up when he’s needed. He leads by example, consistently performs at a high level, and takes so much pride in the work he and his crew put out. Our team is proud of him, our clients are continually impressed by him, and we are incredibly grateful for the leadership, dedication, and hard work he brings to Duke’s.
Jesse is truly an all-around team player. His work ethic is unmatched, he’s always willing to lend a hand, and he brings a positive attitude wherever he goes. So much of what Jesse does happens behind the scenes—sometimes before anyone even realizes something needs to be done. He’s one of those people who quietly helps hold everything together, and we are incredibly lucky to have him on our team.
