Plumbing tip of the day:
If that toilet is a rockin sewer water will come a knockin.. A lot of bathroom floors get replaced with tile. When that happens the flooring companies don’t extend the fl**ge. Creating a gap between the toilet and the wax ring. If you have your floors replaced be sure to have a PLUMBER reset the toilet and extend the fl**ge.
