Stonegate Builders is a division of Gonyea Companies. Designing from the ground up is a big job, but it doesn’t have to be an overwhelming one. With our expertise at your disposal, we aim to cultivate a collaborative, open, expectation-focused design process. We draw-up the plans and present the options, but you are empowered to fill in the details that make your house a home. As long time players in our industry, we know how significantly location factors into any home decision. Where you live has a huge influence on your day-to-day life; we think that community should match your interests and priorities. Finding standout neighborhoods that you’ll want to call home is our job - and we do our research! Whether you’re looking for small town charm, a suburban retreat, or a lakeside oasis, we’ll connect you with an area that accommodates your lifestyle. We take pride in offering our clients thriving, beautiful communities to plant their roots in. Stonegate Builders, a division of Gonyea Homes and Remodeling, was created to fill a void in the Twin Cites Metro real estate market. Our mission is to design timeless homes tailored to your lifestyle, in only the best local neighborhoods.
