Last week, we held a ceremonial column raising on Twin Lakes Technology Center, a 155,000-square-foot industrial facility that will transform a long-dormant Roseville brownfield site into a hub for innovation, advanced manufacturing, and new economic opportunity.

Developed in partnership with Hyde Development, Twin Lakes Technology Center is introducing a first-of-its-kind industrialized construction approach in the United States, designed to improve efficiency, flexibility, sustainability and long-term building performance.

The all-electric facility is being built to support the next generation of medical device, advanced manufacturing and technology-focused companies across the Twin Cities region.

We celebrated another groundbreaking last week – this time for the Banner Health Ironwood Medical Center ED expansion project!

Located in Queen Creek, Arizona, the project is a 32,000-square-foot expansion to the Emergency Department, including a new lobby, pre- and post-op space, a two-story addition, and shelled space for future growth.

The ED will stay completely open and operational throughout construction.

Once complete, the project will enable Banner to provide expanded emergency care to the rapidly growing surrounding community. Completion is planned for fall 2027.
