This is our next project that entail a few months not weeks. Gutting a 3600 sq ft home including 6 car garage and outbuilding garage. Includes all land clearing of stink net, old growth jumping cholla, minimal trimming of at least over 300 year old ironwoods , new re rock, irrigation,, drainage systems for rain on roof scuppers, improve drainage on major wash running through property. Outbuilding new height on headers for new garage doors. 6 car garage renovation includes all ceiling & wall repairs, new ceiling lighting, epoxy floors.
Interior of home includes 3 bathroom and master bathroom remodel. Dining area niche to be redone to accommodate new 65/75 inch TV including electrical and electric fireplace. Gutting of kitchen and new cabinets including new upper cabinets above lower upper cabinets with lighting,,new bar remodel off of living area.

This project started on Wednesday 04 08 2026. Two pergola showing over 28 years of age. Water damage, sun damage etc. Saved some of the timber and applied paint with filler properties. Brought most of the 2x3 seen in the pic back to life and reused them. Saved over 1200.00 in materials in the process. Two of the beams had to go. One 24 ft and the other 18ft. More pics to come. Project completed in 4 days and 6 hours..............

New project entails new butcher block floating shelves,,, remove existing water/termite damaged wood flooring, install additional travertine tile that customer had and find additional that matches as close to the 20 year tile already on floor. Wall repairs also included and several stucco patches outside as well as drill more weep holes in concrete for better drainage.

Next project near Silly Mountain is a complete remodel of kitchen, dining, living area of a manufactured home including replacing all windows. We had also water damage on the floor in the kitchen that had to be addressed. Brand new 20 mil flooring also being installed. New river stone fireplace with walnut live edge mantel. Here are pics. More coming. Last pics. Customer will purchase applicances later that match. Sink faucet and stove have to be installed. Otherwise we are done.

Next project is repairing/restoring deck. Need to remove approximately 200 sq ft of trex and OSB from existing deck. Then repair/restore to it's original condition. 02 19 2026 Update: Removal of decking due to water damage. 02 19 2026 6PM Now the restoring part...we are 14 hours in and here are the some more pics. 02 21 2026 6PM. Fibreglass now being applied to all areas/ 24 hours hrs in . 02 23 2026 Fibreglass completion...Texture coat and final top coat tomorrow. 02 24 2026 Completion of deck, two coats. Final Coat... Color Monterrey Sand.
