Fire damage repair
We were grateful to be chosen to help restore this customer’s family room after an unfortunate event.
Phase 1 is complete: the exterior wall has been reframed, a brand-new Kas-Kel gliding window unit has been installed, and CertainTeed MainStreet vinyl siding is now in place.
Next up: we’re putting together the scope of work for the interior rehab and getting ready for the next phase.

Diamond Kote project update
Diamond Kote install is in the final stages, and it’s looking amazing.
Next, we’ll resurface the front deck and stairs with TimberTech by AZEK PVC decking. We’re also rebuilding the stairs to meet building code requirements for rise and run, making them safer for the client.
After that, we’ll build the carport on the back of the garage.

Barry is back for day two of the Next-Level Leadership Live event in Nashville, Tennessee.

Yesterday was like drinking water from a fire hose, packed with three main topics and a ton of valuable information. Today looks like it will be much of the same — an early start, a late finish, and plenty to bring back to the team.

Base cabinets are set along two walls and we’ve got the layout dialed in with a laser level and ledger rail to keep everything aligned before countertops go back on. Walls are opened up where needed so electrical can be coordinated cleanly as the new kitchen comes together.

518 Self Storage — Week 2

Excavation of the site is complete, and the retaining wall with drainage is in. Concrete pads are being prepped now. This week we expect to have concrete poured, and electrical trenching is also scheduled.
