Demo, framing, and MEP rough in are nearly complete on this beautiful Ware River renovation! We are converting this home into a more functional open floor plan, while keeping the original character and charm intact. A load bearing wall was removed between the kitchen area and sunroom, allowing for amazing natural light, endless river views, and a seamless flow of the first floor living area. In addition, this home will feature a brand new kitchen, master bath with curb-less shower, large closet and pantry spaces, and an overall reconfiguration of spaces to allow the owners to monopolize on the large first floor area of the home. We can’t wait to share the finished product! Stay tuned!

Mobjack has been busy the last 6 months working on this beautiful addition and renovation in Reedville, VA. The project has included a gut and renovation of the existing structure, kitchen addition, 2600sf of outdoor living area, multiple structural beam installations, and several new dormers with a Juliet balcony overlooking Ingram Bay. The project will include an eco-finish pool system integrated into the outdoor living area, a custom pergola system, and new hardscaping and landscaping. This has been a fast paced project as the property will host a family wedding in May. We can't wait to share the finished product!

Freezing and wet conditions have not stopped progress at the Arban, Carosi, and Diana project in Caroline County. This week, we completed pouring 640 cubic yards of concrete for the production area floor slab. Work is also continuing on the "connector" with masonry and structural steel er****on to tie in the new portion of the facility to the existing structure.

We recently completed a beautiful renovation and addition to a home overlooking the Piankatank River. A portion of the renovated space included a seldom used side porch area. New construction included a wide array of new Andersen casement windows and patio doors to take full advantage of surrounding views, a seamless tie in of new construction to existing construction, and a custom bathroom space with walk in shower. A centerpiece tile surround fireplace, wet bar area, and exposed tieback beams complete the charm of the project. This project was coordinated and completed around our customer living within the residence.

Gloomy days have you missing summer? Check out this recently completed outdoor living space in Gloucester! The space provides shelter and shade from the overhead sun at the owner’s existing pool area. This functional space includes standing seam metal roof, PVC tongue and groove ceiling, and boral wrapped beams and columns. We installed skylights with remote control shutters to still allow light to the interior adjacent living space, as well as reworked and supplemented the existing hardscaping.

The Arban, Carosi, and Diana job in Caroline County is moving along nicely. Precast concrete columns and wall panels are going up, steel joists are being hung, and our masons start the “connector” walls next week.
This finished product will be a nearly 50,000 sf addition to an existing precast concrete plant. The building will feature two large crane bays, a carpentry shop, tool room, office space, bathrooms, and more.

Just wrapped up this screened porch addition in Deltaville. The installation of all new deck/stair framing, 14’ sliding glass door, gas fireplace, stainless steel cable railing, and ScreenEze screen system gives the customer a space that can be enjoyed year round!
