As I’ve been reflecting lately, I just wanted to say thank you to every homeowner who’s trusted Greiner Home Improvement with your home.
The last few years have been a huge season of growth for my business. With that growth came some lessons I honestly wasn’t prepared for. As we took on more work, I realized pretty quickly that growing a business isn’t just about building great projects—it also means building better systems, learning how to manage people, finances, and all the challenges that come with it.
Not every job has gone perfectly, and for those of you who have shown patience and grace when we’ve had to work through something, I truly appreciate it more than you know.
Something I’ve struggled with for a long time is feeling like I’ve let people down or that everyone is upset with me. It’s taken a bigger toll on my mental health than I’ve ever really talked about. That’s not an excuse for mistakes, but it has taught me a lot about myself and how important it is to keep learning and improving.
One thing I can honestly say is that I’ve never gone into a job with anything but good intentions. I’ve always tried to make things right, be fair, and stand behind my work. Looking back, there are times I probably should have been firmer in certain situations, but my biggest concern has always been taking care of people.
One of the biggest changes we’re making is that you’ll start seeing more of Cayden on your projects. If you’ve already worked with us, you’ve probably met him. He’s been a huge part of the growth of Greiner Home Improvement, and honestly, I wouldn’t be where I am today without everything he’s done for the company. He’s going to be stepping into more of a leadership role by helping run jobs, communicate with homeowners, and make sure everything stays on track. I’m excited for everyone to get to know him better because I trust him completely.
I’m grateful for every customer who has supported this business, recommended us, or simply trusted us with your home. Because of you, we’ve been able to learn, grow, and become a better company.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in us. I know we aren’t perfect, but I can promise we’ll keep learning, improving, and doing everything we can to earn your trust every single day.
