extensive historic restoration. When dealing with a home nearly three centuries old, a routine update isn't an option. We stripped this space down to its bare bones, tearing up the floorboards to repair hidden water damage, structurally shoring up the framing, and entirely re-engineering the layout including moving the plumbing to relocate the sink.

Once the structural foundation was completely secure, we rebuilt the room to honor its history: framing it with warm yellow cabinetry, a rich butcher-block countertop, classic checkerboard floors, and beautifully exposed original overhead timber joists.
