Our team of professionals recently completed a successful ABS drain leak repair. The customer experienced a minor leak in their 2-inch ABS pipe located behind the vanity wall, causing water to drip on the first-floor ceiling. The removal of the mirror and old vanity with a formica top required careful attention. We successfully removed the damaged section, installed a new 3-inch section with two fernco fittings to ensure a watertight seal, and reinstalled the vanity, vanity top, and made all necessary plumbing connections. We were delighted to work on this project. This job was for a long-time client who had recently passed away. We have also had the pleasure of working for her son over the past decade, and he wanted to upgrade the original front door that was not working well with a new, beautiful exterior fiberglass door complete with side lights to enhance the property's appeal to potential buyers. This project required some creative problem-solving, as we were unable to find a door that matched the original size of the old door. Consequently, we had to enlarge the opening, which involved cutting into the block walls on both sides to keep the door centered, installing the new door, rerouting the electrical for both porch lights, spraying foam on both sides and top to improve energy efficiency, installing both exterior and interior trim, caulking, and painting the newly installed doors on both the exterior and interior sides with Dunn-Edwards paint. We are proud to announce the completion of a master bathroom remodel, which involved the removal and replacement of the garden tub, walk-in shower, and vanity. A larger walk-in shower was installed, boasting a new tile floor, 8-ft subway tile walls, and a recessed tile niche. The former walk-in shower area was repurposed as a linen closet with five shelves. New lighting was also installed above the vanity, shower, and in-wall niche above the linen closet. Additionally, a new 60" vanity was fitted with a double bowl quartz top, new sink faucets, and 3 1/4" trim and casing, and the entire bathroom was repainted. The customer was thrilled with the results, and we were subsequently commissioned to remodel their spare bathroom.
