We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our growing company. We proudly serve the majority of Carver, Sibley, and McLeod Counties, offering a comprehensive range of services and striving for customer satisfaction.

Our services include weekly mowing & trimming, aeration, fertilization and w**d control, overseeding, top dressing, mulching, tree and shrub pruning, seasonal cleanups in both spring and fall, and snow removal for commercial and residential clients.

There is lots of room for individual growth! If you enjoy the outdoors and like to work in multiple locations on a daily basis, this would be a good fit for you!

The ideal candidate would have at least 1–2 years of experience in the green industry, but we are willing to train and work with the right individuals as long as you take pride in your work and are willing to learn.

Also hiring on-call seasonal snow removal equipment operators and sidewalk crew members!

Positions to be filled:
-Lawn care crew members
-Lawn care crew leader

Job duties include:
-Weekly mowing (commercial and residential)
-Spring cleanups
-Fall cleanups
-Shrub, hedge, and perennial care
-Mulch application
-Minor landscaping
-Assist in equipment maintenance

Job requirements:
-Strong work ethics & eye for detail
-Dependable and punctual
-High School diploma or GED
-Valid MN drivers license
-Ability to follow directions from supervisors
-Experience pulling a trailer is a plus- but not necessary

Benefits:

Minimum 1 year experience is preferred. Willing to train new candidates that are serious about the position.
