What was once an unfinished attic full of unused space is being transformed into some of the most valuable square footage in this home.

We completely redesigned the structural framing and load-bearing system to create an open, vaulted family room, a new bedroom, and a full bathroom. It’s amazing what can happen when you look beyond what’s there and see what’s possible.

These photos show where we started and the framing process that’s bringing this vision to life. We can’t wait to show you the finished transformation.
