Built for family time. Finished with character.

LVP flooring, a custom built-in entertainment center with bookshelves, a new bedroom, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower—this upstairs transformation has it all. Plenty of room to kick back, shoot pool, and enjoy being home.

Hard to believe this all started as unfinished attic space. Now it’s a whole new place to make memories.

From the first pier to the final details, it’s been rewarding to watch this new home come to life.

Wood finishes, a cozy wood-burning stove, and an open kitchen make this a place that feels like home the moment you walk in. Grateful to our homeowners for trusting us to build it.

The heart of a new home, ready for memories to be made. Warm wood countertops, crisp white cabinetry, and a spacious island bring this newly finished kitchen together beautifully.

Proud to put our craftsmanship into a space where family and friends will gather for years to come.

A fire shut it down—but a wonderful family brought it back to life.

Glen Rose needed its laundromat, and the Oliver family stepped up to rebuild something important for our community. We’re incredibly grateful they trusted Fortyfivewood Design & Construction with the opportunity to completely renovate Simply Suds and help bring it back better than ever.

To the Oliver family—thank you for allowing us to be part of this journey. We wish you many years of success as you begin this exciting new chapter. Simply Suds is officially open, and it looks absolutely beautiful!

What was once an outdated enclosed porch has been completely transformed into a beautiful outdoor oasis. We opened up the space and added a spacious covered deck, warm tongue-and-groove ceilings, cedar posts, custom lighting, ceiling fans, and an outdoor fireplace—creating the perfect place to relax, entertain, and enjoy the outdoors year-round.
