Adam Jacoby of Jacoby Plumbing has plead guilty to a larger part of the felony charges with the more minor ones being dismissed!
Non negotiated too.
Sentencing to come later.
For all of those that still support this now convicted felon - all of these elderly folks, women, disabled veterans etc, who spoke - up tried to tell you and didn’t deserve the backlash from his blind cult followers. He took advantage of the most vulnerable and you supported him doing it no matter all the civil law suits and felony charges. What is wrong with you?
To the victims, great job seeing this through no matter what an online community of his cult members said nor what harrsssment his family , and girlfriends, did over and over to scare victims into silence.
You rode this out and ensured this community is safer from one less scammer .
This also helps contractors in general build a better reputation by ensuring less con artists are among them.
Thank you to Fox 43 for the news coverage and airing his 45 minute rant about it all being lies and all about one woman’s revenge because he refused to date her, when we all saw her evidence and learned that was the other way around, and learned what she endured as well while organizing his victims and the evidence.
To the State Police who ignored numerous complaints, didn’t call victims back, and brushed off the physical threats and harassment, do better. The rumor is he did work for one of the higher ups who in turn ensured his crimes were never looked at… but that is just rumor. Who knows the real excuse as to why they shielded him from charges.
To the local police that stepped up and investigated and took victims serious, thank you.
To the DA who listened and took this serious, thank you.
God bless these good folks and may Jacoby rot in jail and may those that aided him in the years of stealing from the community meet with Karma, from his family members to his ex so many folks were threatened by or whose families were harassed by, to the current involved women who did his dirty work.
