Every decision has to make sense for the people who are actually going to live there. Storage, layout, functionality, how your family uses the space... those things matter long after a trend is gone.

Sometimes that means pushing back on an idea or suggesting a different direction. That’s part of our job.

Plans can change during a remodel. That's part of the process.
When they do, our job is to adapt, explain what those changes mean for the budget and timeline, and make sure our clients can make the right decision before moving forward.

But when it comes to cutting costs, there's always a trade-off. Less scope is one thing. Sacrificing quality to hit a lower number is another.
