As the school year comes to a close, we're thrilled to celebrate the four recipients of the KCW Girls STEM Program Scholarship!

These outstanding young women have demonstrated a passion for learning, a commitment to excellence, and a bright future in STEM. We are honored to support them as they embark on their college journeys this fall.

Before they head off to campus, we'll have the pleasure of welcoming our scholarship winners to the KCW office this summer. We're excited to get to know them and cheer them on as they prepare for this exciting next chapter.

Please join us in congratulating our 2026 KCW Girls in STEM Scholarship winners: Elyse and Audrey of Crofton High School, Clare of Severna Park High School, and Sage of Sparrows Point High School! We can't wait to see all they accomplish in the years ahead.

We recently hosted Bring Your Child to Work Day at KCW, and it was a great reminder of why we do what we do every day!

The kids had the chance to step into the office and see firsthand the meaningful work their parents contribute to—helping shape projects, solve real-world challenges, and support the communities around us. From learning about safety equipment to seeing how engineering plans come together, their curiosity and excitement made the day especially rewarding.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to share our work with the next generation and proud of the team who help make it all possible!

We kicked off our two-part employee appreciation series last week with our new Spring Fling, and it was a great time!

Good food off the grill, a few competitive rounds of co****le and Pictionary, and time to hang out as a team. Congrats to our winners, Tony E., Ricardo, Anthony L., Mike S., Stephanie, Gino, Steven, Aaron L., Thomas K., Tim S., and Zack B.
