Meet Jack Frey, Riverstone's new Project Superintendent.
Jack brings five years spanning field operations, project management, and business development, along with a working understanding of construction systems, contract scopes, scheduling, and quality control.
Most recently he managed as many as 20 active residential projects at once, running each from land prep through closing. He kept an average 95-day build cycle and a habit of catching field issues before they hit the schedule, coordinating trade partners, vendors, inspectors, and homeowners along the way. His earlier work spans solar, volunteer crews with Habitat for Humanity, and commercial plumbing, which gives him a grounded read on both the technical and the relationship side of a job.
For Jack, the work comes down to a well-run site: clear expectations for trade partners, clients who stay informed, and accountability start to finish.
New to Richmond, he's been getting to know the city and its history.
First job: Cashier at a local grocery store
Dream vacation: Backpacking through the Andes for the food, views, and history
Where to find him: A coffee shop, a good thrift store, a hiking trail, or the tennis court
Welcome to the team, Jack.
Build Forward.
