This customer spent $7000 last week to have a franchised " plumbing" company fix a problem causing a back up. The company told the customer after this fix the line between the septic tank and the house needed replaced. Luckily the customer called us for a quote. We went ahead and ran our camera to evaluate the line and found a complete blockage under the basement floor in the exact spot of the said "repair". This company also left all of the garbage and concrete debris scattered through the home. Sadly this is a super common theme with a few of these plumbing and sewer companies. Always get a second opinion!!!!
