We work with home owners for residential projects, building owners for commercial projects, insurance agents for their clients, Realtors as a resource for getting work done quickly and efficiently, builders for quality and timely installs, and property managers for reliable repairs and replacements. We believe that we must continually earn the business of our customers with every interaction in order to build long term relationships and become the roofing expert our customers and their families will always call on.

It was a beautiful week to get this project going! This house will look great with a new roof and gutters!

This is an example of new construction roof getting towards the end of it's life at only 12 years old. Large patches of shingles were flapping in the wind and starting to blow off. Cheap material and crews that are not quality focused lead to large unnecessary costs down the road. In this case, we were able to repair the most recent problem area, but it will continue happening in other areas and eventually will need to be replaced. Cheapest bids are attractive in the moment, but can get very expensive for you later.

Many new construction roofs are installed with builders grade materials by crews with no supervision. With that, you will get a 1 year warranty and a roof full of poor detail work, low nails, and improper ventilation. It is very common to see new construction roofs last only 12 - 15 years, but if you are building your forever home and want a roof that will last 20 -25 years, please give us a call. 816-200-1845

This is our 4th year in the lighted Christmas parade! The theme was neon this year. This is always a lot of fun for us and the kids and we want to thank the community for always showing up in force. We want to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas season!

We work all over the KC metro area, but we love working in the beautiful countryside. Today we are out in Polo Missouri re-roofing this beautiful house with a class 4 impact resistant shingle tested of a stand hail up to 2". We will get the gutters replaced next and they will have two less things to worry about in retirement!

We're wrapping up the roof replacement on this beautiful home in Bucyrus today. It was a very smooth install thanks to our amazing crew and production team!
