Weekly recap photo dump! Monday we sided up 3 sides of a house we put a new roof on the week prior, capped all of the openings and installed a new storm door. The roof is sharp on that one with Certainteed Landmark pros in Everest Green. We also did two large ranch home full roof replacements totaling around 75 square between the two. Certainteed landmark shingles as always.
There is still a lot of hail damage calls coming in. If you had hail at your house July 21st, have your roof checked out! You may not be able to see anything from the ground but the damage to roof system can significantly affect the life expectancy of the shingles. We are here to help whether it’s a storm damage inspection or help with an insurance claim !

If you choose to go with another contractor, that’s okay too! Remember, stay local, there are a lot of storm chasers around that scam homeowners with astronomical pricing. Secondly, ask about their schedule lead time. A lot of reputable contractors are very busy, including us, but are you sitting next summer or 2028? Some local outfits are signing hundreds of roofing and siding jobs with no means of getting them completed anytime soon, probably years. Transparency is key!

Good Sunday everyone! We have been rocking and taking advantage of every nice day we can. Picture of the day is a map of Erie based on what I have personally seen and have been working on. The hail storm that we got last month really did some damage. If you are in the red highlighted area, it is highly likely that you’ve gotten significant to heavy hail damage to your roof, siding gutters etc. If you are in the yellow highlighted area there is a good chance that you may also have some damages to your home. A lot of times it may be hard to see from the ground or know exactly what you’re looking for but that is what we’re here for and we’re good at it! A great day for roofing. We knocked this one out of the park, 32 square tear off and replacement we did today. Moire black Certainteed landmark shingles were the color of choice. Today’s project was a problematic section of a roof that was leaking pretty bad with recent heavy rains. Improper valley transition finally gave way. Off with the old and in with the new. Certainteed landmark resawn shake shingles and they are good to go. We’ll see ya down the road to do the rest!

Here’s one we did last week. Early starts to beat the heat of the day! Full tear off and replacement with Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles in burnt sienna. Fresh 5” brown seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts to match the rest of the finishes. Extremely satisfied customers.

Another transformation in the books.
We put a lot of work into this one!!
Roof on rear of garage got resheeted, mulehide granulated rubber and Certainteed landmark shingles on the pitch roof.
New Polaris Weathertech Dutch lap siding in keystone. Polaris dynaweld windows on the house along with a Polaris Thermaweld sliding patio door. A new storm Larson 40 storm door. All openings wrapped in white aluminum coil.
We also accented the front entryway with Polaris board and batton.
Some fresh garage doors installed by American Overhead Door and I made and installed some shed style doors for rear access on the garage.
There’s still plenty of time to get in our book for those exterior projects!

Another replacement complete to beat the incoming heat wave. Tear down and replace using Certainteed Landmark shingles in Resawn Shake. Well spend the rest of the week on ground level doing siding and windows!

Another day in the office. Not many pictures as it was an inferno up there but same old song and dance with some added woodwork from a tree falling onto the house. Moire black Certainteed landmarks were the flavor of choice.
