Watching the next generation take the lead. 🔨🌧️
There is nothing quite like watching your kids step up and run with the family trade.

Our youngest is building a duplex, and the team just finished up the framing. Right on cue, the dark clouds rolled in—but my kids didn't miss a beat. They just finished drying in the roof exactly as the raindrops started to fall.

In our business, timing, speed, and quality mean everything. Seeing them handle the pressure, beat the weather, and protect this build makes me incredibly proud.

The future of Pro Plus Roofing is in very good hands.

From the roof down to the deck—we do it all! 🏠🔨Sometimes a roof replacement just turns into a full home makeover! 😉 Our crew at Pro Plus Roofing has been hard at work in the Gillette area. We’ve got house wrap going on, fresh windows, new siding and fascia, AND a new deck—all while the guys are tackling the roof! Why coordinate with four different contractors when you can have one dedicated crew handle your entire exterior from start to finish?👇 Tell us in the comments: Which upgrade do you think makes the biggest difference for curb appeal?

2026 Home Show Vendor Highlight - Pro Plus Roofing & Construction

We’re honored to be Gillette’s oldest and most trusted home exterior remodeling and storm damage restoration specialists. For more than 20 years, our family-owned business has been dedicated to helping local homeowners protect and improve their homes with quality, care, and integrity.

This photo is extra special to us — it shows our sons hard at work alongside us. It’s a real joy and privilege to pass on valuable life skills and share in the experience of running a family business together.

We’re truly grateful to have landed in Gillette all those years ago and to call this thriving community home. It’s where we’ve grown not only a business, but a family — and we couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.
