What an incredible weekend at the 2026 Parade of Homes! 🏡👏

We were proud to open the doors to The Annex and welcome so many members of our Lakes Region community inside to experience this custom home firsthand. After all the planning, collaboration, and craftsmanship that went into bringing this project to life, it was especially rewarding for our team to share the finished result, answer questions, and connect with everyone who stopped by.

Events like the Parade of Homes are a wonderful reminder of the talented people and strong partnerships that make our local building community so special. We're grateful to have been part of an event that not only celebrates quality craftsmanship but also supports the next generation of skilled tradespeople in our region.

A special thank you to the vendors and partners who helped make this weekend such a success:

• Lakes Region Parade of Homes
• Stephens Landscaping Professionals
• marzbar - Sweets & Treats
• Inspired Closets
• Backdrop Interior Design

And of course, thank you to everyone who came out to tour The Annex, shared their feedback, and spent time getting to know our team.

We're incredibly proud of what we've accomplished together and grateful for the opportunity to share it with our community!

Take a look inside the completed 𝙒𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙡𝙮 𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 project! 🏡

Throughout this extensive lakefront remodel, our team had the opportunity to transform spaces across the home - from the open kitchen and main living areas designed for gathering to the primary suite, bathrooms, and quieter spaces created for everyday comfort.

Each room was approached as part of the larger vision, with thoughtful details and quality craftsmanship helping create a home that feels cohesive from one space to the next.

Bringing a project of this scale together takes an incredible amount of planning and collaboration between our team, trade partners, and homeowners.

We’re grateful to our clients for trusting Lighthouse with a home that means so much to their family and proud to have helped create spaces they can enjoy together for many years to come.

When Sam and Christina began planning 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘅, they had a vision for a home that would give their family more room to gather, host, and spend time together.

Bringing that vision to life meant building from the ground up and creating a process where they felt heard every step of the way.

Their experience speaks to the kind of relationship we strive to build with every Lighthouse client: open communication, thoughtful collaboration, transparency, and a team that genuinely cares about finding the right outcome for the people who will ultimately live in the space.

We’re incredibly thankful to Sam and Christina for putting their trust in our team.

Seeing The Annex complete is rewarding, but hearing how much they enjoyed the process - and watching their family already make the home their own - is what makes a project like this especially meaningful. 🏡👏

Take a look inside 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘅 with Cody, then come experience it for yourself at this year’s Parade of Homes!

Built from the ground up in Moultonborough, this custom home gives our clients more room to host, entertain, and enjoy time with the people they love.

The open kitchen and living area keep everyone connected, while a multipurpose golf simulator room and a kids’ bunk room with a hidden fort bring plenty of personality to the home.

Thoughtful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and close collaboration helped turn our clients’ ideas into spaces they’re already enjoying.

We’re excited to show you around!

Back-to-back recognition for David! 🙌

Our September Core Value Raffle winner is being recognized for Growth and PEF (Positive, Energetic & Fun).

A willingness to keep learning and a positive attitude both make a difference in the work we do and the team we’re building.

Thank you, David, for bringing these values to life and helping make Lighthouse a great place to work!

When homeowners invite us into their space, they are trusting us with far more than a construction project. They are trusting us with their routines, their comfort, and the place where everyday life happens.

That responsibility guided every part of Jason and Trevor’s renovation. Our team worked to provide a clear path forward before construction began, support them through each decision, communicate openly as the work progressed, and care for their home as though it were our own.

We are incredibly thankful for the generous words they shared about the Lighthouse team. Building strong relationships with our clients and creating an experience that feels as thoughtful as the finished work are central to what we do.

Thank you, Jason and Trevor, for choosing Lighthouse and giving us the opportunity to help make your house feel even more like home. 🏡👏
