This week, Ravco tackled a land development issue for a new local Toll Brothers community.

The original installation did not meet PennDOT and township engineering requirements, creating a challenge: remove the existing sidewalk and depressed curb, regrade the corner, and tie everything back into the existing sidewalk while maintaining ADA-compliant slopes and proper Pedestrian Access Routes.

After a day of removal and regrading, our crew lowered the corner approximately 10 inches to achieve the proper grades for the new sidewalk and ramps.

The result? Proper slopes, smoother transitions and safer access for everyone.

Another 10 yard pour, down and finished by 9am including this 100ft stretch of new sidewalk and 2 handicap ramps complete with 5x2 truncated domes for ADA compliance. Still time to get in our 26’ fall schedule. If you are interested in some new concrete work feel free to reach out!

Sidewalk & curb restoration 🚧

This morning we completed dedication work for a toll project in Phoenixville, fully removing and replacing the sidewalk, curb, and a cracked mailbox pad. The team handled the full removal and fresh pour in just 6 hours, delivering a fast and efficient turnaround!

To finish the job, the area was restored with top soil, seed, and straw for proper site recovery. The result is a clean, durable upgrade built to meet both function and finish standards.
