Our team was out in Mesa for some preventative maintenance on a 5-ton vertical split gas unit. And this is exactly why these check-ups matter! We found clogged condensation lines that needed flushing and a furnace that wasn’t grounded.

The system is rinsed, tested, and running fine now, but we’ve recommended an electrical update to keep things safe and reliable for the long haul. At Hicken Air, we’re not here to just "make a sale", we’re here to provide genuine help and keep our neighbors' homes running exactly as they should. 🛠️
