💪 Motivation Monday: Earn Your Tiger Stripes

Around here, we joke about earning your “tiger stripes.”

Those aren’t paint marks.

They’re sweat.

When it’s 110°+ outside and you’ve been digging, pumping, repairing, troubleshooting, and taking care of customers all day, the sweat mixes with the dirt and leaves its mark.

Those stripes represent:
✔️ Hard work.
✔️ Pride in your craft.
✔️ Showing up when it isn’t easy.
✔️ Taking care of our customers no matter how hot it gets.

Justin snapped this after one of those long Arizona days and simply said…

“Earned my tiger stripes this week.”

We couldn’t think of a better reminder of what HomeField is all about.

To every technician, installer, operator, and teammate out there putting in the work day after day…

For some reason… everything was a two-person job that day.

Completely unnecessary? Absolutely.
Still got the job done? Of course.
