We tightened electrical connections, rinsed the outdoor coil, and noted that the fan blade is off balance and the blower motor capacitor is testing low. System was running but not cooling the home properly. After diagnosis, it was found to be low on refrigerant, causing the evaporator coil to freeze over. A leak was also located within the evaporator coil.
