30 years is kind of crazy when you really think about it.

For 30 years, people right here on the Iron Range have called Approve when something went wrong, when they needed help with their home, or when they just needed someone they could trust to give them an honest answer.

And then they called us again. They told their neighbors about us. Their kids grew up, bought homes of their own, and called us too.

That’s the part that means the most.

We’ve grown, our team has grown, and a lot has changed over the years, but we’re still right here serving the same communities that gave us a chance 30 years ago.

🔧 Tuesday Tips with Luke

Nobody wants to talk about it yet…but colder weather is coming. 😬

Before we get there, take a walk around the outside of your house and check your outdoor faucets.

Look for dripping, leaking around the handle, or anything that just doesn’t look quite right.

A little problem in August is a whole lot nicer to deal with than a frozen problem in January.

Enjoy the warm weather while we’ve still got it. We’ll worry about January later. 😂
