Meet the Owners!

Tasha Skousen is one of the co-founders at Align Restoration. As the Business Development Manager, she brings a plethora of knowledge regarding driving business strategy, marketing, strategic planning and mentoring high-performance teams resulting in consistent growth and profitability.

​Tasha is an entrepreneur at heart, she has run successful businesses and even sits on the Board of Directors for the University of California, where she audits their Entrepreneurial and Customer Satisfaction programs and presents her finding at their quarterly board meetings.

When Tasha is not working, you will find her spending time with her three children and husband of 18 years. Tasha loves football, hiking, paddleboarding, wood working and trying new things.

Tiffany Rosenbaum is the co-founder and Director of Operations at Align Restoration. She oversees financial strategy and systems that drives their team to perform at the highest level. She has a proven track record of managing businesses that consistently outperform projections. Her approach to business has laid the foundation to fast-paced and highly successful growth.

Tiffany started as an entrepreneur at an incredibly early age by starting a lawn mowing business with her siblings. She has run many successful companies and enjoys providing places of long-term employment for her team.

She enjoys participating on many panels to help other businesses with best practices to succeed.

When Tiffany is not working, she & her husband enjoy watching their three boys doing what they love, striving to experience life to the fullest. You will find them on the lake, snowboarding, hiking, or traveling the world.
