Today we’re reminded of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s words:
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
At our company, we believe that the way we treat one another truly matters. A culture rooted in peace, love, unity, and respect isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we live out every day through our actions, our words, and how we show up for one another.
Dr. King also said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?” We strive to create a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and encouraged, because when we lead with kindness and understanding, we build stronger teams, better communities, and a better world beyond the jobsite.
