Paving Day at Sunny Acres! 🛻🚚🔨 We have been waiting a long time for this day. We could not have done it without our prep and paving crew Asphalt Patch Systems

Our dirt is getting a sq**rt at Sunny Acres project. Takes a long time to get to this stage in construction. Can’t wait to see the seedlings popping up from the dirt in a few days.

Not all spec homes are created equal. 👀

At Bailey Built Homes, we don’t just build a house and hope it sells — every detail is chosen with intention.

🌿 Multi-slide doors that open the entire living space to the outdoors
🏛️ Curved archways carried throughout for a custom architectural feel
🚪 Solid core doors — heavier, quieter, built to last
🌬️ Flush-fitted floor vents seamlessly integrated into the engineered hardwood
🪵 Cedar soffits adding warmth and craftsmanship most builders skip

This is what happens when a builder treats a spec home like someone’s future home — not just a box to sell. 🏡

We’re getting Sheetrock hung today at Sunny Acres! It’s a good day. A lot goes into the build to get to this point. All rough in of Plumbing, Mechanical & Electric completed & passed inspections. Insulation installed and passed as well. Now time to get some temporary heat installed to dry the mud and tape part of the sheet rock job.

This is where trust is built—before the walls go up 🔨🏡

Every line is intentional. Every beam placed with precision.

What you don’t see later is what matters most right now.

At Bailey Built Homes, framing isn’t just a phase—it’s the foundation of quality, durability, and craftsmanship you can count on.

When you build with us, you’re building on experience, skill, and a commitment to doing it right the first time.
