Every leak has a source—but the smartest repair isn’t always the most obvious one.

This customer noticed water staining on the first-floor bathroom ceiling, but after tracing the leak, we found the actual problem was hidden inside the second-floor bathroom wall.

Instead of opening large sections of finished tile and drywall upstairs, we took a different approach. We accessed the piping from below, drilled a small access point through the floor, installed a new water line, and made our repair while minimizing damage to the finished bathroom.

Sometimes the best plumbing repair isn’t the fastest—it’s the one that saves the homeowner the most time, money, and disruption.

🇺🇸 Even on the Fourth of July, plumbing problems don’t take the day off. Neither do we. 🇺🇸

While most people were getting ready for cookouts and fireworks, one homeowner woke up to a leaking well pressure tank caused by a pinhole in the existing tank.

Instead of replacing just the tank, we upgraded the entire well system for long-term reliability.

Most people only notice the hose bib…

We notice everything behind the wall.

For this project we:
• Added a new exterior hose bib.
• Replaced an existing hose bib.
• Removed old copper piping and installed new copper.
• Added new isolation valves for easier future servicing.
• Capped an unused water line through the exterior wall.
• Replaced an old saddle valve with a proper connection.
