Every leak has a source—but the smartest repair isn’t always the most obvious one.

This customer noticed water staining on the first-floor bathroom ceiling, but after tracing the leak, we found the actual problem was hidden inside the second-floor bathroom wall.

Instead of opening large sections of finished tile and drywall upstairs, we took a different approach. We accessed the piping from below, drilled a small access point through the floor, installed a new water line, and made our repair while minimizing damage to the finished bathroom.

Sometimes the best plumbing repair isn’t the fastest—it’s the one that saves the homeowner the most time, money, and disruption.

At Fitz Plumbing, we believe in finding the right solution, not just the easy one.

Service over Sales.

🇺🇸 Even on the Fourth of July, plumbing problems don’t take the day off. Neither do we. 🇺🇸

While most people were getting ready for cookouts and fireworks, one homeowner woke up to a leaking well pressure tank caused by a pinhole in the existing tank.

Instead of replacing just the tank, we upgraded the entire well system for long-term reliability.

✅ New Water Worker pressure tank
✅ New pressure switch
✅ New pressure gauge
✅ New boiler drain
✅ New isolation valve
✅ New fittings and piping modifications
✅ System tested and set to proper operating pressure

Sometimes the best repair isn’t just fixing what’s leaking—it’s replacing the worn components around it so the customer doesn’t have to worry about another failure next month.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to help our neighbors, even on a holiday.

From all of us at Fitz Plumbing, we hope everyone had a safe and happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸🎆

Another water heater replaced and another happy homeowner! 🔥💧

This week, a customer called us and said something that honestly meant a lot:

“I searched for the most trusted plumbers in Gibsonia on ChatGPT, and Fitz Plumbing was one of the first companies it recommended.”

Hearing that was pretty humbling.

When we started Fitz Plumbing, our goal wasn’t to be the biggest plumbing company—it was to earn our community’s trust by showing up on time, communicating honestly, and doing quality work every single day.

Today we replaced this aging water heater with a brand-new Bradford White unit, complete with new water connections, updated shutoffs, proper venting, and a clean, code-compliant installation.

If you’ve trusted us with your home, referred us to a friend, left us a review, or simply shared our name with someone else… thank you. Your support is what allows a local business like ours to continue growing.

Most people only notice the hose bib…

We notice everything behind the wall.

For this project we:
• Added a new exterior hose bib.
• Replaced an existing hose bib.
• Removed old copper piping and installed new copper.
• Added new isolation valves for easier future servicing.
• Capped an unused water line through the exterior wall.
• Replaced an old saddle valve with a proper connection.

The goal isn’t just making it work today—it’s making sure it’s easier to service and more reliable for years to come.

Service over sales. Quality over shortcuts.

Another home protected from aging copper and future leaks. We replaced the existing water lines with a reliable new Pex A Uponor North America system built to provide years of dependable service.
