Did a full remodel on this stairway.
Proof that small spaces make a huge impact, and there is nothing to ugly or to far gone that cant have new life and beauty brought to it!

I know 90% of what we post is flooring work, doesn't mean we aren't quality painters aswell. Would love some more paint work in our schedule to get off my knees 😄😅 what a transformation!! Pictures dont do justice from where it started!

Been another busy few weeks here. Here's some photos of our past jobs. Gotta love the busy season. If you have reached out and we spoke but you havent gotten a confirmed date from me for scheduling, please reach back out. Nearly impossible to w**d threw the good and bad service calls and remember to call everyone back. Working on a finding/training a employee to handle this for me.

Forgot before photos but installed this awesome special ordered LVT in a kitchen for our neighbor and good friend. I loved installing it pictures dont give it justice. Makes there kitchen have Italian winery feels with a outdoor stone floor and makes it so bright. Cant have a gloomy day in this room!

Hey not every job goes to plan but thats ok. Because in the end we always find the solution and do our best to save you as much money as possible.

We started this one screwing down squeaks as normal going over sheet vinyl was the original plan, easy stuff. Well come to find out they already have to many layers of flooring for warranty standards so 1 layer HAD to go! So all those wonderfully placed screws had to come back out 🫠🤗 We started demo thinking all of it, kitchen included was going to be removed. Than to find out the kitchen is a addition with only 1 layer of flooring, and demo was only needed in the dinning room and we where able to skim coat level the areas flat for a professional install.

Layed a beautiful vinyl plank flooring all sold by jabro carpet one out of southgate.

Basemoulding was all remove and replace.
Installed 2 steps with anti slip metal stair nosing

PSA. We have a few openings for end of September and mid October. We stay 3-5 weeks booked out with current estimates pending. If I don't answer right away or if you call and I misplaced you, please call back. Its our busy season but I hope to make it to every one of you. God bless!

Got to work on a beautiful lake house this week!
Very nice homeowners let us work late for the few days we were there because of the drive time(1hr-30min)

Rip and haul laminate and pad

Rip and haul baseboards

Rip and haul ceramic in front of fireplace

Sanded all subfloor seams

Installed Cortec LVP

Stained shoe around cabinets to match new floor.

Installed baseboards and shoe moulding including woodfiller and caulk.

Had a return customer this week! She loved our work so much on the lower section of her basement that she had us come back todo the upper section.

Had fun getting the wood step up, level and rescured for a life time guarantee it wont pull away from the concrete again.
Some concrete grinding over the big foundation cracks and than a few passes of feather finish to fill and level everything else off.

Installed Mannington 12x24 LVP brick pattern sold by jabros in southgate.

Installed black metal schluter nosing instead of traditional top nail metals or a rubber nosing.

Installed rubber 4in covebase.

Had a fun challenge to get the floor flush with the old ceramic that was very poorly installed if you cant see from the edges I had to work with. Clients did not want any moldings as a transition. So we raised the subfloor with 3/8in plywood to get flush with the lowest point, than raised and leveled with cement rated for wood subfloors so we could match the slope of the tile with our hardwood. Ended up doing a full glue down on this engineered hardwood flooring sold by Perfect Floors, Inc.

From one end of the room to the other was a 5/8in difference in tile height.

We always find a way no matter the situation and follow all manufacturer warranties always.

We got this installed and back together just before the holiday for the home owners. Just had to finish up some trim today to call her done. On to the next one.
