Behind every truck that leaves the yard, every loader that fires up, and every piece of equipment that shows up ready to work is a team of technicians who take pride in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for whatever the day brings.
Our mechanics work through blazing summer heat, freezing winter mornings, mud, grease, dust, and just about every challenge imaginable. Their days are filled with broken bolts, unexpected breakdowns, emergency repairs, and changing priorities. Around here, it seems like every day is another Monday—but somehow they keep showing up with a smile, a positive attitude, and some of the best jokes you’ll ever hear.
They’re the first ones to crawl under a machine when something breaks and often the last ones to leave to make sure it’s ready for the next shift. Their work may not always be seen, but it’s felt every single day by our operators, drivers, customers, and everyone who depends on our equipment.
