We keep it clean! This re-framing for this kitchen renovation turned out to be a major undertaking, as it was discovered that a previous renovation to finish the upstairs, was not framed for habitation.

We were able to get engineering, update the permit, remove all electrical obstructions, and re-frame it within 2 weeks. Sistering each existing joist, as prescribed, and making it structurally sound and safe!
