I didn’t realize it’s been a few months since I made a post. Been busy this fall, still working on Parks Gap while doing a few other jobs. I was able to get the reclaimed T/G Douglas fir on the ceiling with a coat of tung oil. Lights installed with a medallion for an extra touch. Concrete floors polished, before going to work on the retaining wall and pad. Quick driveway repair at the Woods, then a request for a challenging driveway and pad at the top of the mountain, on a rock crop for a future tiny home. Excavated site for an underground propane tank along with conduit for fuel lines. Small pad at Parks Gap for the Airstream. A trip with Davis to Long Island NY to pick up an auction deal. Lol. He was letting it all out coming across the GW bridge. Then a few weeks in the shop to work on the bar and table for Parks Gap.

A couple jobs I’ve been working on the last few months. Flooring at Parks Gap, cleaning up driveway , stacked rocks to build out parking area, dug up incorrect installed water line reinstall correctly, excavated a cut through rock to stub out sewer line at Round Top. Built and installed stand alone 200amp disconnect. Installed well pump and septic at Parks Gap. Demoed a couple flooded RVs.

Here’s a few jobs I worked on over the winter months. Was able to get the last of the retaining wall at Parks Gap completed, put in a few ft of electrical conduit,along with building a freestanding service for a camper spot, did a small clearing job where the vines had taking over and was smothering the mature oaks. Was able to work on a fun kitchen remodel that included custom walnut shelves wirh recessed lighting. Finished out the windows on the back of the house and leveled out about 40 loads of fill dirt, toped it with some nice topsoil. Found perfect ceiling lumber for Parks Gap, Hicksville did a great job on cleaning it up and putting a V notch on it, also was able to get a few reclaimed brick for the back wall.

The corner house has been keeping me busy the last couple weeks, with getting the septic in, working with the siding crew, pouring, sealing the sidewalks and back patio, installing hardwood flooring. Left my door open for a sec and the turkeys from next store wanted to check the truck out.😁. Did my patriotic duty today and voted.

Been a busy summer and I haven’t posted much. Still progressing with Parks Gap, it’s now under roof with drywall. Working on the last of the retaining wall. Installed a class one chamber septic system in Hedgesville. Also, have been working on the corner lot in Gerrardstown. Getting the last of the sidewalks and patio poured in the morning. Siding coming soon.
