Feeling extra blessed to be back on site for a great return customer in Geronimo! 🙏🏻

A few years after building their original shop, we’re excited to be back to add a 30’ × 30’ enclosed addition. The forms are set, the reinforcement is in place, and everything is ready for tomorrow morning’s concrete pour! 🤩

Progress is moving fast at our Cibolo Church project! This 7,200-square-foot commercial build includes a 60’ × 120’ × 12’ main building plus an 18’ × 30’ porte-cochere designed to provide a welcoming covered entry for the congregation and guests. 🙏🏻

The framing is complete, mechanical systems are in, spray-foam insulation has been completed, and the first round of fire-rated drywall installation is now underway. It is always exciting to see a project transition from an open structure into finished, functional spaces.

We are proud to be part of creating a place built for worship, fellowship, and serving the Cibolo community. More progress updates coming soon!

We now have three standard welded steel shop packages designed to give you a clear starting point. Each package includes the building, roll-up doors, walk door, windows, and a reinforced concrete slab with grade beams.

30' × 40' × 12' Shop Garage�1,200 sq. ft. | $53,600

40' × 50' × 14' Shop Garage�2,000 sq. ft. | $80,400

40' × 80' × 14' Shop Garage�3,200 sq. ft. | $125,250

Optional closed-cell spray-foam insulation cost details included for each package.
