Real Estate Service Systems, LLC (RESS) was founded with the goal of ensuring that multifamily property managers and investment rental owners meet their change of occupancy goals. RESS reduces vacancy loss by timely providing all necessary turnover services including but not limited to, painting, unit maintenance, janitorial cleaning, carpet repairs and cleaning, tub, tile, counter top refinishing services as well as unit upgrades and renovations.

Rain didn't stop Real Estate Service Systems Hugo and Duvy from firing up the grill for Friday's Back-to-School event at the Chesapeake and Saratoga properties (powered by ). Led by Property Manager LaToya Healey, the event provided students with backpacks, notebooks, rulers, and more! At the end of the fun and rewarding day, a rainbow appeared to make everyone smile.
