JMI Services LLC repaired this damaged PVC pipe melted by unexpected high-temperature conditions (left).

The 316L stainless steel retrofit is designed to accommodate water temperatures exceeding 212°F as well as acids and tempering agents from stainless tank washdown.

This ZOGV grinder system was custom-built by JMI Services LLC to replace a faulty E/One system at a campground in central Wisconsin.

The "flexible" discharge can be directly attached to the existing E/One adaptor and the alarm float serves as a "redundant on" in case of primary switch failure.

An customer recently called JMI Services LLC to resolve a significant pump leak halting operations.

Within 24 hours, JMIS restored the customer to full operation:

- Diagnosed leak in packing assembly of 50 HP Mosherflo Pump Co., LLC hot water booster pump
- Provided customer with parts list to order for next-day delivery
- Removed worn/damaged packing
- Installed new packing set and properly seated components
- Adjusted packing gland to achieve correct sealing pressure
- Verified alignment, rotation, and oil level in gearbox
- Test-ran the pump under system load (200 PSI / 120 GPM)
