This bathroom was updated with a larger vanity and tub surround. I needed to relocate the drain for the sink to accommodate the larger vanity and rewired the electric for a light fixture over the larger mirror. The plumbing for the tub was also updated as well as the drain. I installed a tiled surround for the tub which included two niches for storage and took the tile to the ceiling giving it a seamless look. All the walls and wainscoting was given a fresh coat of paint. A new storage cabinet above the toilet, fixtures, and a cellular shade was installed to complete the look.

This Zionsville deck was replaced with Trex toasted sand deck boards, face plates, benches and tables. Vintage lantern was used for the post sleeves and railings with black aluminum balusters. The original framework needed extra structural supports and any unforeseen rotted boards were also replaced. This couple loves the finished outcome of the project and will enjoy it for many years to come.

This kitchen island is a huge transformation. I installed wainscoting, corner columns, base trim and two coats of C2 black satin paint. The homeowner couldn’t be more pleased with the final result.

This couple looked to me for help to modernize their Master Bathroom. I started by gutting the whole room down to the studs and removing the linoleum flooring. I had to reframe one of the shower walls to make it level and to accomodate the new plumbing fixtures and niches. I ran a new electrical circuit for the exhaust fan/light kit and GFI protected outlets. Koren plumbing roughed in new drain lines and water supplies. Insulation was installed before hanging the drywall and spackling. Wainscoting was added to the lower part of the walls for contrast. I used the Schluter-Kerdi Shower Kit for the base of the shower and walls. The tile was purchased at Garden State Tile that applied to the floor and the shower. The vanity was custom made to the homeowners specifications and purchased through Etsy. For the finishing touches, I installed the original base trim. The ceiling, walls, base trim and wainscoting were painted in contrasting gray tones. I installed the light fixtures and made a custom door frame with a "push to open touch latches" for the original medicine cabinet. This couple couldn't be more pleased with their new spa like retreat.

This vacationing couple wanted the exterior trim on their house repainted. I replaced some of the rotting wood with vinyl and my wife and I painted all the trim. They left it up to us to choose the right color to cover up the creamy yellow. When they got home they couldn't be more pleased of the color choice and the outcome of the project.

A red brick fireplace that once seemed perfect at the time but as tastes change, it may appear a little to dark or a little to red for the space. That is exactly how these homeowners felt. Rather than demolishing and renovating I gave this fireplace a new look by simply doing a faux finish using a white washing technique. It preserves the brick and at the same time gives it a various natural random look. The homeowners couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

This couple sustained water damage in their finished basement for the first time due to the high water table we had last year. They just recently had a sump pump system installed. The home owner wanted something decorative, as well as functional to hide the sump pump but it still needed to have accessibility. The end result was to install & modify a corner cabinet. I suggested a butcher block countertop and she wanted the floating shelves above. I had to frame an angled wall to accomodate the shelves and hide the drainage pipe. I needed to install a pressure treated sill plate under the damaged studded outer wall and drywall and spackle the rest of the exposed wall. New flooring was also installed to the affected area as well as the base trim. Buss Paints in Emmaus did a superb job of matching the stain for the counter top and shelves, as well as the wall and trim color. This space now as function, design, and peace of mind and the homeowner couldn't be happier with the end result.
