✔ Has at least 6 months of experience in sales and/or construction
✔ Has strong people skills

✔ Is familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
✔ Lives in or near Scottsbluff/Gering (or is willing to relocate)

**What you’ll do:**
• Take incoming calls & manage leads
• Estimate jobs & prepare proposals
• Provide on-site customer service & follow-ups
• Work both in-office (Gering) and travel 2–3 days per week, home every night
