Interesting turn of events yesterday and thought i would share.
Had Fat Boys put new tires on a while back. They've always treated me well.
I had them rotate my tires and the sensors went ballistic, lights, bells and buzzers driving me crazy.
I finally came in yesterday at closing and confronted Sean with my situation in the manner that I would like to be confronted.
To my surprise, he admitted that a former employee was not performing to his standards and had me come in first thing today.
My point is that if you have a problem with someone, switch places with them and treat them as you would want to be treated. Great bunch of guys and they appreciate honesty from us.
