Final push before vacation! Tearing everything out of the front and back. Adding a 3’ border around the back fence, tons of promix for leveling and grading the laying zoysia.
For the front tearing everything out building everything up with promix for leveling and grading, adding a flower bed built in limestone to match the house, and new zoysia for the entire front yard!

It’s wasn’t the job I had scheduled before vacation but still waiting on permit for the other project!

Just in time for the flood! 63’ drainage system with 2 sump boxes. Tied in the downspout, for the front we had to run it in the flower bed to the driveway due to the irrigation and cable.

Also me 10 minutes later: buried face-first in the dirt digging a 45” deep hole.

Full installation:

$26 a linear foot for 4X4 post and Western Red Cedar Pickets
$31 a linear foot for galvanized post and western Red Cedar Pickets
$50 a linear for Wrought Iron
$675 Gate Replacement

15 year workmanship warranty
5 year warranty on all gates

Repairs

$90 per 4x4 Post replacement
$125 per galvanized post replacement
$45 per 2x4 replacement
Pickets $1 plus cost per picket

They waited a long time for us, but they’re officially ready for fall! Cooler weather, bonfires, and roasting marshmallows with the family are right around the corner.
