TLC Designs has been in business since 2003, and I have designed or drawn up over 300 residential house plans. I have also done plans for additions and renovations and plans for some small commercial projects. I would love to work with you to design and draft your dream home, whether you already know what you want or if you need me to design a plan based on your preferences and guidelines. I will

take your ideas and perspectives and apply them to a design that is both functional and in accordance with Kentucky's building code.
