Experience, craftsmanship, and leadership—Lee Messervy brings it all to Coastal Structures.

Lee joined Coastal Structures back in 2008 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. A third-generation carpenter with over 30 years of experience, he brings deep knowledge and skill to every project he oversees—from custom residential homes to detailed framing and trim carpentry.

Throughout his time with us, Lee has played a key role in several major medical construction projects, including renovations at Tidelands in Georgetown and the Medical Office Building in Market Common. His attention to detail and commitment to quality make a lasting impact on every job site.

When Lee isn’t leading projects and keeping things running smoothly, you’ll likely find him out on the trail—trading his work boots for hiking shoes and enjoying the outdoors. 🌲

Coastal Structures is proud to be wrapping up work on the City of Myrtle Beach Fire Station—this project is really starting to come together. From the foundation to the final details, it’s been an honor to help build a space that will serve and support our local heroes.
